Please note the following conditions:

1. | All prices quoted include VAT, where applicable at the rate of 17.5%.

2. | If HM Government alters this rate, the RA reserves the right to amend its pricing.

3. | Orders against credit cards are accepted only for total order values over £15.

4. | Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom will have delivery charges levied at cost.

5. | Deliveries of ex-stock items are normally sent within 1-2 days; special orders will normally be despatched within 7-14 days. Any delays will be notified.

6. | Our manufacturers sometimes vary their specifications; if this happens, similar merchandise of the same or better quality may be substituted.

7. | During the life of this brochure, prices may have to vary; if this occurs you will be notified at the time of ordering.
